Hi,

I am not able to open a DTI in MedInria for some reason. I tried with 2 different DTIs. The error that I am getting when I give my directions file is:

Unexpected character when parsing line: 0 0 0


Attached is one of my direction text files. Can you please direct me as to how I can open a DTI in the new MedInria like I am able to in the old MedInria?

Hi Erin!

The current version of medInria does not support (yet) tabs in the directions file.
Please try the attached file (I just changed each tab for a space).

Thanks for writing back so quickly!

I used the directions text file that you sent me. I waited 5 minutes for something to happen. I pressed "Show Tensors," waited. . . I pressed "Run" Tractography, waited. . . What do I need to do to have the tensors show up?

Those processes are time consuming, are you working with a slow machine and/or very heavy images?

Have you tried with another set of images? Like for example the one we provide in the downloads page? How that works?

I am working with a new Mac book pro. It should be able to handle this, especially when I have no other programs running.

Have you tried with another set of images? Like for example the one we provide in the downloads page? How that works?

I have seen it work on Benoit's computer with the images you did the testing on, however, with my images (I have tried 2), it has not worked. Would you like me to send my images to you? Or could you come by my office and we could look at this together (I sit in the Asclepios team offices in Sophia Antipolis, France)?
