Hi,

In the last version of MedInria I'm loading the sample image provided in the website. I can estimate the model and I'm able to see the tensors. However, the controls for Diffusion scalar maps and tractography are not enable, so I can't perform further actions.

I'm using Windows 7, 64 bits.

Same here, using Mac OS 10.9.5

This was indeed a bug from our side. We found it and patched it. We will soon release a bugfix version of medinria 2.2 including that correction.

Hello,

I just installed the version 2.2.1 of medInria and downloaded the sample image. In my case, in don't have any available option in the Model estimation algorithm list. Is there something I could do to fix it, or is there an issue in this version ?
