I was wondering if it's possible to export the fiber bundles we create in the DTI workspace as meshes to VTK files?

Hi,

Thanks for your interest in medinria. As of now, there is no way to export the filtered bundles as a VTK file. However, we are currently working on a lifting of the diffusion workspace and were planning to have that option available in future versions. We'll keep you posted when it becomes available in a nightly build.
