I am not sure I understood well what you wanted to do exactly so let me answer with what medinria can do, hoping that it fits your needs.
If you have run tractography using the medinria pipeline, you end up with a set of tracts on the full brain. You can then use the fiber bundling toolbox to filter your fibers (e.g. select only those that are going through your region of interest) and create a bundle from it. Once you have done this, medinria is able to give you the average and standard deviations of typical scalar values extracted from the tensors. These values will be over the selected tracts though, not over the region of interest you used for filtering.
If you don't know the tractography pipeline in medinria we have a (quite long) video on it on youtube : . It explains the whole process from loading your data to filtering it using the fiber bundling toolbox.
Hope this helps

Hello,
Thank for you answer.
In fact i wanted filter fibers not with the fiber bundling toolbox but with a VOI imported in medinria. And with your video i understand now how do that.
But I have an other question :
What is the unit of the FA, ADC and the length of fibers ?
Thank you very much !

Happy to see these videos helped you. As for the units, FA has no unit it varies in between 0 and 1: 1 is pure anisotropy, 0 is isotropic. ADC is a bit more tricky as tensors in medinria are not scaled by the b-value. The number a given to you is therefore (a / b) mm^2 / s . Finally fiber length is in millimeters
