I just trying to use diffusion module in this new version of Medinria.
I followed the instructions, dragging and droping the image within the left black box.
It asks me about the gradients and I add the txt file (attached).
After that I press run tractography, nothing happens, I don´t see any progress bar running.
I dont know also, if my bvecs file is ok, I extracted from the dcm2nii program, and the reorganized as the web page suggest.

before running the tractography, you need to compute the associated FA. In the next revision we will probably make the needed steps clearer.

Thanks for your answer and sorry for using other topic, I think I was talking about the same subject, because I computed the tensors, and run the FA before running tractography, it shows the new entities on the left but all empties, I dont see anything in the middle visualization box. So, I was guessing the problem was the gradients file.

The first line of the gradients should be 0 0 0, in most cases.
Programs like dcm2nii gradient values ​​extracted from DICOM files. However dcm2nii sometimes does not do what you owe. try to use it in linux...
