Hi Pankaj,

There is no need to convert images before importing them to medInria. Just go to the "Browser" section, find the folder where the Dicoms you want to import are and right-click -> Import. That should import all of them.

At the moment we do not provide a tool inside medInria to capture the screen. However you could use any external application like Shutter for Ubuntu, SnapIt for Windows, etc.

Hope that helped!

Sergio.

Hi Pankaj,

Yes it is possible to do so.

First you will need to import the images into medInria. Basically what you have to do is, from the Browser area, navigate to the folder where your images are and then right click -> import.

Then, in order to do tractography, please refer to the full instructions on this page: med.inria.fr/docs/23-doc-diffusion-conf .

Let us know if it doesn't work!

Hi Pankaj,

In order to do that you can use dcm2nii.
There is a great tutorial on how to use it in this page: www.mccauslandcenter.sc.edu/mricro/mricron/dcm2nii.html.

Hope that helps!

Hi Pankaj,

Great that everything worked fine!

Currently we do not provide a way to capture screenshots via medInria, but any screen capture app could be used for this purpose, like Snagit for Windows and Mac, Shutter for Ubuntu, etc.

Hope it helps!
