I have read your paper named "iLogDemons: A Demons-Based Registration Algorithm for Tracking Incompressible Elastic Biological Tissues" and downloaded the software "medinria". But I encounter the error ("Input Primary is required but not set") when I run the iLogDemons plugin. Would you give some precious advices for debugging the code. Or if possible, I really appreciate if you could give me the code of iLogDemons code. Look forward to your soonest reply.
