Dear All
I am working with Medinria to track fibers in standard space (MNI). I register the data using SPM first and then import them to Medinria fiber tracking. I have noticed that the coordinates indicated by medInria do not correspond to those of on the MNI template.
Does anyone have a clue why? does medInria perform registration to standard space automatically?

I wish you could answer my question

Sorry for that delay in the answer. I do not eactly know what you mean by MNI coordinates. What I can tell you is how medinria works. The coordinates we display are solely based on the origin and direction data available in any ITK compatible file format. Based on this, medinria obtains the position in space of the currently selected point. Also, medinria doesn't do any registration to a standard space of its own.

I would therefore say that the mistake may come from the header of your image after that registration to the MNI template or from the MNI template itself. That is just a guess though.

Hope this helps
