Hi,

I am using medInria to estimate the affine transformation between two images. I save the affine matrix. How is it possible to apply it to a new image (a segmentation mask for example).

In the case of deformable registration, what is the procedure to perform the same task (apply the transformation to another image)?

thank you
Aris

Hi,

I've moved your post to the previously absent registration category. This option is unfortunately not yet available in medInria 2.0.1. We are working on it for the upcoming versions. In the meantime, you can have a look at ITK. The transforms we output are indeed ITK compatible, and ITK provides good examples to implement an image resampler (eg look there : www.itk.org/Wiki/ITK/Examples/ImageProce.../ResampleImageFilter).

Hope this helps
