Hi, I am using MedInria for the registration of PET and MRI images. It works very well in general. Thanks a lot for your excellent work!

But since I have a few hundreds of subjects, I need to do the registration one by one. Each time I have to load the images, run the algorithm and save the result. I hope there is a way of doing this in a batch mode. Do you have an idea of how to realize this? Is that possible to provide me with the source code of the Linear BM Algorithm?

Thanks again,
Calvin

Hi,

Sorry for the late answer on this. To make it short, medInria doesn't allow for now to run plugins in batch mode. We are working on solutions for that but they are far from ready yet.

That being said, if you are using linear BM registration, we (Inria Visages team in Rennes) are going to release a public version of our research software as command line applications that includes linear BM registration. This should happen before the end of the month. I can keep you posted when this happens if you are still interested.

Best
Olivier
